In order to use the route management you need

  * Airline
  * FBO at the airport of departure
  * Terminal at the departure airport (always pay attention to the size)
  * Business Lounge at the departure airport, if business taxis are to be generated
  * FBO at destination airport
  * Terminal at destination airport
  * at least 1 aircraft in the airline
