+ATTENTION: Please note that the bonus rules automatically count as airline jobs and the flying pilots are AUTOMATICALLY paid bonus 1 AND bonus 2. This is not feasible otherwise, because the job exchange module works differently than the normal FTW environment.
+So if you want to pay freelancers less than airline pilots proceed as follows:
+Bonus 1: X %
+Bonus 2: 0 %
+Pilot bonus in the pilot management of the airline pilots: Y %
+So the freelancer gets X%,
+the own pilot gets X+Y%.
