ATTENTION: Please note that the bonus rules automatically count as airline jobs and the flying pilots are AUTOMATICALLY paid bonus 1 AND bonus 2. This is not feasible otherwise, because the job exchange module works differently than the normal FTW environment.

So if you want to pay freelancers less than airline pilots proceed as follows: Bonus 1: X % Bonus 2: 0 %

Pilot bonus in the pilot management of the airline pilots: Y %

So the freelancer gets X%, the own pilot gets X+Y%.
