Increasing competitive pressure
The existence of several branches at one airport also increases the pressure of competition. Players with thicker capital cushions will be more likely to be able to afford to keep their FBO objects permanently. This is quite intentional, as it is intended to reflect the law of supply and demand. The higher the demand for branches at a particular airport, the higher the rental price.
