Pilots of an airline have several advantages over freelancers. For example, by collecting Company Hours you can gradually improve your rank, you can use aircraft that are only available to members, and they usually also get a higher reward for flying route jobs, as they also get the bonus 2 shown in the orders. In addition, pilots do not have to worry about the airline's fixed costs. They receive their share after each flight - regardless of the costs incurred, for example, by rent or handling charges. The flying personnel is managed in the “Pilots” section under “Airlines”.
So there is a lot to be said for joining an airline. Nevertheless, it can be difficult to find new personnel. Many users in FTW prefer to start their own business or prefer to fly to places where their own airline does not have a branch office at the moment. Therefore it is important to reach those users who might be interested in your own offer. One possibility is to contact them directly if they are often in the area. Furthermore it can't hurt to publish a request in the forum.
